Rashtriya Karmyogi Janseva Program Conducted at ICAR–RCER, FRSC–HPR, Ranchi

Ranchi, 16 January 2026:
The Rashtriya Karmyogi Janseva Program was successfully organized at the ICAR–RCER, Farming Systems Research Centre for Hill and Plateau Region (FRSC–HPR), Ranchi. A total of 36 participants, comprising scientists, technical personnel, and administrative staff, took part in this capacity-building initiative.

The training was delivered by Master Trainers Dr. Rohan Kumar Raman, Senior Scientist, and Dr. Saurabh Kumar, Scientist, both from ICAR–RCER, Patna. The programme covered four modules, focusing on service orientation, workplace ethics, communication, and professional excellence.

Addressing the participants, Dr. Anup Das, Director, ICAR–RCER, Patna, emphasized the importance of Seva Bhav in government service and highlighted the role of inner power and positional power in shaping a true Karmyogi. Dr. Avani Kumar Singh, Head, FRSC–HPR, Ranchi, spoke about the relevance of “Karmyogi Moments” in cultivating an efficient and positive work culture within the organisation.

Feedback collected at the end of the training showed that more than 80% of participants reported significant improvement in their knowledge, attitude, and motivation towards building a better work culture and enhancing their contribution as Karmyogis.
The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks by Dr. Santosh Mali, Principal Scientist, FRSC–HPR, Ranchi and Coordinator of the event.
