150 Years of ‘Vande Mataram’: ICAR-RCER, Patna Holds Collective Singing
A collective singing of the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ was organized at the ICAR Research Complex for Eastern Region, Patna, on 07 November 2025, to mark the completion of 150 years of the national song. In the presence of the Institute’s Director, Dr. Anup Das, all officers and staff from all divisions, sections, cells, and units, along with students of the IARI Patna Hub participated in the collective singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ in unison, expressing a profound sense of patriotism.
At the beginning of the programme, the Director stated that ‘Vande Mataram’ is not merely a song but a symbol of India’s rich cultural heritage, patriotism, and commitment to national duty. He encouraged all employees to remain dedicated to their national responsibilities and to contribute actively to the progress of the Institute.
In this series, collective singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ was also organized at FSRCHPR, Ranchi; KVK, Ramgarh; and KVK, Buxar.
